The static charge that causes product misbehaviour and bad laminations can be present in the substrate or the lamination film. A static meter will be able to identify where the charge is. This is particularly important if the bonding agent has a low ignition point. Also the product may have a high charge after lamination. A 915 Bar in position G will neutralise the film, in position H will neutralise the substrate and in position J will neutralise the laminated product. Use 915EX if a hazardous area.
